<p>Etwas so leckeres kann nicht gesund sein. Irrtum! Unsere Mediterranen Polenta-Schnitten sind außerordentlich schmackhaft, sehr kalorienarm, fettarm und außerdem bestens geeignet für eine Low Carb Ernährung. Bingo! </p>



<p>Polenta ist eine aus Maisgrieß hergestellt Masse. Sie wird grundsätzlich als ein fester Brei serviert. Für unsere Mediterranen Polenta-Schnitten haben wir jedoch weniger Wasser zum Maisgrieß hinzugegeben. So bekam unsere Polenta eine schnittfest Konsistenz. In dieser Form konnten wir  sie wunderbar mit Oliven, Paprika, Tomaten sowie Käse belegen und schließend in Schnitten teilen. </p>



<p>Man könnte diese Mediterranen Polenta-Schnitten auch als eine Art vegetarische Pizza bezeichnen. </p>



<p>Im Norden Italiens, in der Provence, Spanien und Teilen der Schweiz, Österreichs, Rumäniens, Moldaus sowie des Balkans gehört Polenta übrigens zur regionalen Küche. Sie ist im Handumdrehen zubereitet, schmeckt sowohl herzhaft als auch als süße Variante. Du kannst sie cremig, schnittfest oder sogar kross angebraten genießen.</p>



<p>Bei uns wird es ab sofort auch häufiger etwas mit Polenta geben. Dieses Rezept hat uns restlos zu Polenta-Fans werden lassen!</p>
